Thank you for visiting garyfiler.co.nz, all customers using this site acknowledge to have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

As Gary Filer Optometrist online shop is a contact lens replacement centre, all customers placing an order must have a valid contact lens prescription. The details entered on the site must match the prescription given by their current optometrist or eye care professional. By placing an order on the site, the customer gives permission to Gary Filer Optometrist to verify their prescription with their current optometrist or eye care professional. We reserve the right not to supply contact lenses if we feel that the selected lenses are not in accordance with the specifications provided by your optometrist, or may put you at some risk.

The customer agrees to seek medical assistance from their primary eye care professional if they experience any eye discomfort, redness, discharge or changes in vision. Customers should not order contact lenses if they have been advised by their optometrist, or other eye care professional, to stop wearing the prescribed contact lenses.

By completing the online order form, you agree that you are responsible for the credit card and accepting responsibility for all charges made on GaryFiler.co.nz by your card.
